A straight answer about your driveway
Most homeowners can't tell whether their driveway needs a few feet of sealant or a new pour. SealCheck exists to get you that answer for free, from one local pro, without the sales pitch.
What we do
SealCheck connects homeowners in the Omaha metro and Council Bluffs with a vetted local crack-sealing contractor. You answer four quick questions, pick a time, and one contractor comes out to measure every joint and crack and text you an exact price.
SealCheck does not do the work. Your contractor quotes and performs all services directly, and you deal with them directly.
How we pick contractors
Every partner agrees to the same promises before we send them a single homeowner:
- Licensed where required and carrying general liability insurance
- Registered with the Iowa Division of Labor for any Council Bluffs job
- Your contractor's name and arrival window, texted the day before
- Every joint and crack photographed, with the photos shared with you
- One exact price in writing, not a range
- No pressure: at most two follow-ups after the price
- The price holds if weather delays the work
If a contractor breaks those promises, tell us. Partners who don't keep them stop getting check-ups.
How we're paid
You never pay SealCheck anything. The contractor pays us a referral fee for each check-up booked on their calendar. That's why one pro gets your request, not a list of five.
